Bathrooms are often a challenge to design because space is usually limited. However, with the aid of experienced interior design services and a clever bathroom design in Denver, it is possible to create a light, bright oasis of calm in the middle of a busy home. This is exactly what Runa Novak from In Your Space , Interior Design managed to achieve, which is why she is a top 10 designer!
Prior to Runa’s involvement, there were two vanities separate by a door. The space was awkward and cramped; there was even a window inside the shower area. In fact the layout was so difficult to work with that Runa couldn’t even get a decent ‘before’ photo. Problems with the bathroom included:
Ugly non-descript wooden vanity units
The sinks were much too small
There was not enough light and the room was too dark in general, which is not good in a bathroom
The room was completely reconfigured to make the available space more workable
A custom made floating vanity was built with semi recessed sinks and topped with a Caesarstone solid surface
Large mirrors were fitted to create the illusion of space
Crystal chandeliers give the room plenty of sparkle
Soft muted hues of white, taupe and grey emphasize the clean lines of the room
The end result was a luxuriously appointed bathroom that is balanced and beautiful.
