The house was 5,000 sq. ft, but it only had two bedrooms
The home office was tucked away inside the master bedroom closet
There was no wine room to speak of and a dark, closed up kitchen
The property underwent a complete design/build remodel.
Runa moved the fireplace from the other side of the room to be closer to the kitchen so it could be enjoyed from the kitchen and the Great Room
She added a wine room, which later featured in Colorado Homes and Lifestyle Magazine
New glass railings were installed
Runa designed a brand new kitchen
New lighting was installed everywhere
The completed design was far more in keeping with the stunning location.
